Emekwanem Ogugua Biosah, Jr. was born on March 29, 1990 in Houston, Texas and grew up in Alief, Texas, a lower middle-class suburb in Southwest Houston, before moving to Fort Bend while in high school. He attended Kempner High School and Alief Hastings High School. His father is Nigerian and his mother is African American. While growing up, he became affiliated with the 52 Hoover Gangster Crips and was eventually imprisoned .
