Paul George and Nike will be kicking off his 4th signature shoe with a collaborative colorway as we bring you an official look at the purple PG 4 Gatorade pair dropping next week. The PG 4 comes covered in a purple and black liquid-inspired mesh construction on the upper along with orange laces underneath the new shroud upper. Additional details include the signature Gatorade “G” logo on the tongue, purple Swooshes on the lateral side panels with water droplets, teal Swooshes on the medial side panels, the PG logo by the toe, and purple and green on the midsole/outsole.The colourways keep coming in for the KD 13 following its official unveiling earlier this month. And this ‘Home Team’ rendition really hauls in the hues, sporting a multicoloured sole unit that packs serious abstract vibes. Things stay more simple up top, with a black and white combo allowing the sole unit to take centre stage, save for another multicolour hit hidden around the ankle collar.Pairs of this colourful crep are set to hit KD 13 and selected Swoosh stockists on May 1.Kyrie Irving’s sixth signature shoe continues to get a lot of love from the Swoosh, the latest Nike Kyrie 6 stepping things back to the 90s!Composed in a retro mix of ‘Volt’, pink and baby blue, the latest Kyrie 6 joins the recent ‘Retro Logos’ look leaked last week. Built with Air Zoom Turbo cushioning technology, and featuring an adjustable midfoot strap, the nostalgic Kyrie 6 might be just what the doctor ordered!Keen to get a look behind the design of the Kyrie 6? Check out our interview with the shoe’s architect, Ben Nethongkome. From a technical standpoint, the Harden Vol 4 is notable for its use of a Lightstrike midsole, which was first seen in the Adidas N3xt L3v3l. Created by the Adidas Basketball team, Lightstrike is intended to provide the cushioning and support needed for the game’s unique movement without adding weight. Further updates include a snug midfoot band that runs underneath the laces and an updated traction pattern down low.Kobe Bryant and Nike have created a new standard for Kobe Shoes with the Nike Zoom Kobe 4. Extremely lightweight and a price that is more like the price of a premium basketball shoe in the early nineties, over $60 cheaper than another signature shoe we know and love, make this undeniably one of the best shoes in the game right now.The Nike Zoom Kobe IV “Carpe Diem” colorway is arguably the best so far, with the snakeskin toebox and the Carpe Diem emblem on the tongue. Ont top of the technology packed into these kicks, in the form of Flywire and Zoom Air, the black and yellow with just a hint of purple really makes these kicks hard to pass up, even if you’re not a Laker fan.Available for per-order now at Eastbay. Shoes will begin shipping on January 17th.http://www.kobeshoesinc.com Closer look after the break.
