Let’s Drive in the Desert (Jammer's way)

Hello Gypsies...It has been quite a while we have driven in the sands. So this time it is gonna be a Desert exclusive drive…

The desert drive will be divided into two stages on the basis of difficulty-

 1st Stage - Moderate level

2nd Stage - Intermediate level

All members with suitable 4X4 are welcome forstage - 1; however for stage - 2 members have to nominate themselves on the basis of their driving and vehicle performance/experience through stage -1.

·  We will settle down for a BBQ and campfire after completing the drive somewhere close to the tarmac.

·  Those who do not drive for the stage -2 can directly reach the campsite after stage -1, GPS co-ordinates will be provided.

·  Those who do not want to drive in the desert but then interested for BBQ can directly reach the campsite, GPS co-ordinates will be provided.

Some non-driving members can be accommodated for the drive subject to the availability of space. Members can directly co-ordinate (PM) with the organisers for the arrangement.

Important:

4X4 in good condition with high ground clearance is a must.
Please bring your own Air Compressor
Please make sure that your vehicles have front and back towing hooks.
Please bring with you the basic recovery equipment (i.e. towing rope, shovel etc)

A compatible radio set is favorable

Gypsies should bring:

Own food/drinks + little extra to share

Charcoal / Grill stand /tools / Wood etc will be arranged by us (The cost will be shared)

Please Note:

The drive starts at 1:30pm and should be over by 6:30 pm. We will light the fire by the sunset.

Meeting points will be communicated to RSVPs a day prior to drive.

Total Driving distance from Dubai (To & fro) – Approx 160 km ( 110 on road & 50 Off road)
